Appointed Deputy Chair in 2014, and Chair in 2016. Brad was also a Board member, from 1997 to 2005, of the former Central Tablelands Community Housing Association Inc, now known as Housing Plus.
Brad has always volunteered his time to help organisations, communities and regional boards or sporting groups throughout his working life. He believes housing is one of our most basic needs and feels privileged to be appointed to our Board of Directors.

Treasurer - Lyall Sadler

Lyall is employed with Nestlé Australia as the Financial Controller at the Nestlé Purina Petcare factory in Blayney. He has 38 years’ experience in the commercial manufacturing sector in industries spanning metal fabrication, plastic extruding, coal mining and medium density fibre board manufacturing. He also spent three years overseeing Nestlé Purina operations in New Zealand, South Africa and China.
Lyall is actively involved in charitable work with his local church.

Director - Jason Cooke

Jason is the Head of Finance and Facilities at the Catholic Education Diocese of Bathurst. Jason is also a Director on the Board of the NSW Local Health District and member of their finance and performance committee.
Jason’s qualifications include Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Fellow Chartered Accountant, Master of Management and Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting). Jason has 28 years of commercial, financial, strategic, regulatory and governance experience across public practice, energy, local government, health, education, social services and sport.
Jason’s other board roles include Chair of AFL Central West, Western NSW Local Health District and Civic Risk Mutual Ltd.

Julianne is the Manager of the Integrated Violence Abuse and Neglect Crisis Response Services for Western NSW Local Health District. Julianne has worked with NSW Health for more than 30 years and 23 of those years have been in the area of violence, abuse and neglect.
Julianne is a strong advocate for improving responses and service provision for all victims of interpersonal violence. She is chairperson of the Community Fundraising Committee for The Orchard Orange and enjoys volunteering time to work toward improving services.

David is the Chief Executive Officer at the Orange City Council since 2019, having previously held the position of Director of Development Services for over 10 years. David and his family moved to Orange in 2009 when he was Manager of GHD’s consulting practice in Orange. He has worked on several high-profile projects over his consulting career including the Sydney Desalination Project and Northwest Metro.
David is a governance specialist being a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and has Board experience including the Kinross Wolaroi School, the Orange Chamber Festival and the Orange 360 Tourist Destination Board. David is also a General Manager member of the Regional Cities organisation, an alliance of 15 regional cities from across NSW aiming to grow those cities through increased investment that will build productive, liveable and connected regions.

Donna is the Transformation Leader at Cabonne Shire Council ensuring a sustainable, high performance and modern local government authority. Donna has held senior leadership positions in various Councils delivering over 50 projects.
Donna has over 29 years of work experience in organisational performance, business excellence, human resources and workforce management. An accomplished and experienced public speaker, Donna regularly presents and delivers key notes at various industry conferences and forums.

Wendy is the Chief Executive Officer at Country Education Foundation, a charity helping rural and regional youth from across Australia access further education.
An experienced leader in multi-disciplinary roles at a senior executive level, Wendy brings extensive management and business operations experience, excellent networks and a substantial track record in stakeholder relations across the government, business and for purpose sectors.
Wendy has served on a number of Boards & Expert Panels with an Education and/or regional development focus and believes that improving social outcomes for individuals and communities depends on safe, secure housing for all.
