Sharing some exciting news..
We’ve made a decision as we evolve and grow, to create a new organisation that is part of Housing Plus called Plus Community. As part of this exciting change, we are also launching a new look and feel for both Housing Plus and Plus Community.
This change effective today, the 1 May 2024, will better define our dual role as both a housing provider and support service for our customers. This is also part of a larger transformation project to improve our customer experience!
So what does this mean?
- Housing Plus will continue to be the home of our Housing Services, including tenancy, allocations, assets, and maintenance.
- Plus Community will house all our Community Services, including Staying Home Leaving Violence (SHLV), Women’s Domestic Violence Court Advocacy Service (WDVCAS), The Orchard Emergency Domestic Violence Accommodation, the Initial Transitional Service (ITS), the Orange Homelessness Support Service, Men’s Behaviour Change, Opportunity Pathways, and Together Home.
What does this mean for you?
Housing Plus Customers
- Over time, we will be updating the look of our policies, forms, and documents to include our new branding and logos.
- As part of this change, we are updating our banking details for future rent and/or household payments. For those who have their rent and/or household payments deducted via CPAY, there is no action required. If you manually transfer rent and/or household payments, please update our details in your online banking portal.
- If you need help updating these, please contact your Housing Officer with any questions.
Plus Community Clients
Aside from seeing our awesome new colours, branding and the Plus Community name, you will start to see:
- Plus Community on uniforms and certain documents such as forms, information brochures and promotional materials.
- Your regular contacts may now be a part of Plus Community. Expect to start seeing some email addresses change to contact@pluscommunity.org.au. If you are unsure and send an email to a Plus Community contact’s old email address (@housingplus.com.au), they will still receive it.
Our Community partners
- You will start to see Plus Community on certain documents such as contracts, forms, and information brochures.
